Hi, I'm Sidra, the childcare provider and owner of Shine Squad Early Learners Childcare. With 14 years of experience in early childhood education, I bring professional preschool and learning-center experience into a warm, home-based setting.
As both a childcare provider and a mother, I understand how important it is for families to feel confident that their children are safe, cared for, and learning every day.
Our smaller group setting allows me to provide individual attention and meaningful learning experiences while helping children develop the skills, confidence, and strong foundation they need to thrive.

Our Philosophy
At Shine Squad, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved, supported, and encouraged to explore. We provide personalized care and engaging, age-appropriate experiences that support each child's unique development, curiosity, creativity, and growing independence.
As a certified Infant & Preschool teacher, I bring professional knowledge and experience into our warm, home-based environment. Our goal is to help children build confidence, develop a love of learning, and prepare for their next stage of education.
Safety and well-being are always a priority. Children are cared for in a secure, pet-free environment, and I am CPR, First Aid, and MAT certified.
I am fluent in English and Urdu and, although we are not a bilingual program, I am happy to incorporate Urdu language experiences into your child's day upon request.
